St. Aloisius Medical Center (SAMC) is one of eight healthcare affiliate facilities within the Sister of Mary of the Presentation Health System (SMPHS).

Significant Accomplishments:

Implemented a Provider Base Outpatient Clinic in seven weeks and recruited seven providers for staffing.

Financially turned around hospital to become financially sustainable

Collaborated with community members to assist with an economic development plan

Significant Accomplishments:

Decreased organization’s Accounts Receivable from 80 days to 50 days; Gross Revenue increased from $34 Million to $39 Million; days Cash-On-Hand from 40 days to 81 days.
