• Designed and fit recovery system between K6A Intermesh Mixer and 100” mill. This reduced drastically the amount of fly loss from mixer, huge cost savings.

• Designed a novel Polyurethane Wheel used for testing flooring wear. Calculated the hardness of PU used to simulate footwear. Also did studies on what initial surface roughness should be to simulate sole bottom abrasion.
