In the frame of 7 months I managed to make way into the birthday coordinate position in which I now co manage my team of 5. I’ve learned the pressures and how to manage. I've learned the initiatives as to what is needed from myself and my team. Cash handling and food safety is also beneficial to know. Also I handle deposits with guests for countless days. My whole job is customer service. I am constantly on the phone collecting my deposits, surveys for experience, I train people every other week, and it has definitely developed my communicating skills.

Education is my way of life to a better beginning. I particularly like to build my school schedule to give myself an open schedule for jobs. I am a business major, I'm very fond of the business culture. In any job I like to pick up on their procedures wpto use as stepping stones to help towards my career. I'm always eager to do something as just like everyone else they want a difference in their life to serve a bigger purpose in life.

North Salinas High School, Salinas— Degree

2015 - 2019

I made connections through high school. The counselors see how much I've progressed since leaving on to a better future as I've kept touch since then. The receptionists I've kept in touch and they help guide along the way. The principal offered me a job if I was willing to come back, but working in a school is a commitment considering I just left.

PROJECTS

Pal Party — A charity event of the Salinas police department

Although it was hosted at my workplace, I was more than happy to be a part of this project. This project focuses during the holidays as a toy drive, a meal, and a family for the ones who don’t and are unable to be with or buy.

Children's miracle networks —natividad hospital’s children’s charity.

The children’s miracle network is an organization I personally got to tour at natividad hospital where families and everyday donations of literal pennies around the world buy vein readers for children, Calm environment atmosphere for frightened sick children, baby stations. There’s many blankets being donated for the newborns and any children.

SKILLS

Business culture is my main goal and sharpening what my knowledge of business culture is always beneficial.

Self Creativity and problem solving allows myself to work well with my team in terms of communication and allowing myself to take initiative and leadership

Time management is always key to smooth operations, good customer service and conflict resolution has taught me well.
