Proven history of successful management and production planning,increasing efficiencies, maintaining high productivity levels, reducing waste & improving overall product quality. Qualification:

10 years experience in the Corrugated Carton Industry. 1) Excellent leadership qualities.

2) Good interpersonal communicational skills.

3) Strong analytical ability.

4) Good in decision making.

5) Comfortable working in a wide variety of environments. 6) Issue of paper to corrugation as per job card & Updating Reel stock on daily basis. 7) Maintains of Stocks (Paper,Glue,Chemicals,packing Materials,Stitching Wire & Tying Tape) 8) Monthly Physical Verification of Stock (Paper,Glue,Ink, Chemicals, Packing Material & Tying Tape).Ensure for local purchase sufficient lead time/buffer stock maintained to avoid any production loss due to material non availability.

9) Twice in a year physical stock taking.

10) Booking Goods Received Note (GRV)

11) Storing Reel & Other Materials in safe way to prevent accidental fall / accident. 12) Receiving all the materials checking quantity& verification and preparing material receipt voucher(Paper,Glue.Ink,Chemicals,Paking Materials,Stitching Wire & Tying Tape) 13) Monthly Consumption (Paper,Glue,Ink, Chemicals, Packing Material) 14) Monthly Stock Statement (Paper,Glue,Ink, Chemicals, Packing Material) 15) Raising Purchase Requisition for all materials in advance. 16) Organizing and sending supplier NCR (SNCR) to purchase with clear NCR report,sample & related documents to purchase and liasing with purchase until closed / replacement or claim received.

5.WHITE TESTLINER purchase from Varel,DS Smith,NM,Smurfit Kappa,Pro-pack & Hamburger Rieger from various location.
