Seeking a Hardware Engineer position with an organization where my electronics and analytical skills together can help in the design and development of hardware circuits for various devices. Excellent knowledge of product requirements plans and estimate development activities including electronic system architecture diagram creation.

Hands on experience with Altium Tool (or equivalents).

Expertise in Digital/Analog Circuit design, Manual testing, PCB troubleshooting, Simulation, Schematic Capture, Embedded C programming, FMEA processes.

Good knowledge in designing embedded system based on Microcontroller/ Microprocessor and associated subsystems such as the power supply, I/O interfaces, displays and communications modules.

Proficiency in reading/reviewing datasheets of design drawings, wire harnesses, electronic components.

Involved in Prototype products Development, Test strategies, Test case generations, BOM generation and Creating test plans

Strong knowledge on ADC, DAC, JTAG and PWM units. Expertise in communication protocols SPI, I2C, UART and CAN.

Preparing Documents like Test cases, Factory acceptance test, Instruction Manuals.

Experience in board bring-up, circuit level, troubleshooting and testing, hardware validation, timing analysis.

Experience in Components selection and validation.

Position: Hardware Engineer

Duration: September 2019 – Present

Projects Worked:

I. Transformer protection relay (JD100)- To have overall over current and over voltage protection for protection. Designing using Microcontroller/ Microprocessor

(PIC16, PIC32) and associated subsystems such as the power supply, I/O interfaces, ADC, Signal conditioning circuits, displays and communications module.

II. Trip Circuit Supervision Relay (TCSR)- TCSR is used for monitoring healthiness of the circuit breaker (CB) trip circuit, CB trip coil and CB power supply. The monitoring of two trip coil circuit has to be done by only one TCSR. III. Automatic power factor correction (APFC)- To have automatic power factor correction in power system application. It uses MCP39F521 microchip IC to have control and monitoring of power factor of system.

IV. Universal Switch mode power supply card- (18-265V) universal power supply card which is capable of supplying various compact power system device. 66 kHz option for highest efficiency requirements, Accurate programmable current limit, Optimized line feed-forward for line ripple rejection, Frequency jittering reduces EMI filter cost, fully integrated soft-start for minimum start-up stress, 725 V rated MOSFET, Simplifies meeting design derating requirements. 2. Operation and maintenance of electrical equipments in power plant, Energy audit report preparation, troubleshooting, project erection management. Ash handling plant vacuum pump operation.
