• Preparation of 2D Electrical and Instrumentation drawing using AutoCAD Software.

• Preparation of Single line diagrams, Wiring diagrams, Panel drawing, Hook up drawings

and Loop drawings modules using AutoCAD Software and SPI Intools.

• Preparation of all types of standard drawings using AutoCAD.

• Preparation of detailed engineering and document such us Instrument Index, Cable

schedules and Instrument I/O List.

• Preparation of Design basis and Instrument index with the use ofSPI.

• Preparation of Technical and Commercial Offer for Supply, Erection, Testing and

Commissioning of Electrical and Instrumentation work for Government and Private

sectors in India and for Private sectors in Abroad.

• Preparation of quotation for Instrument Air Header, Enclosures and Junction Boxes.

• Understanding the projects & products requirements, preparation & submission of

tender/offers, offer follow-ups, attending techno commercial discussion, engineering

procurement and project execution.

• Submission of Quotations in various online e-tenders portal for Government and Private

Sectors.

• Designing and developing of R&D projects for Electrical and Instrumentation panels and

skids.

• Customer and Vendor/Supplier Management.

• Preparation of quotation and bill of material for our various Instrumentation projects.

Technical and Commercial comparison statement preparation and evaluation.

• Preparation of Project Completion Schedule and follow-ups in various stages

• Coordinating /supporting services in our Project ExecutionActivities.

• Verification of Site Commitment’s and vendor/subcontractor bills for all on-going site.

Preparation of Purchase order and Work order to sub-contractor.

• Preparation of presentation for meeting.

• Preparing Minutes of Meeting and Follow-up the same.

• One of the coordinator for two Projects - Manpower for Erection Support Service and

O & M work at BRBCL and NPGCLSite.
