ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Ensure all (Elevators, escalators, travellators, emergency lights, FAS system, signages and PA) equipment's and utilities of customer needs are 100% adherence to safety.
Survey and escalate new fire and life safety devices and rescue equipment’s to the management
Attend all event production meeting and ensure all safety parameters are well explained to marketing team, and ensure the structure of event stage are stable and steady in safe condition.
Ensure all retailers are well trained, explained and made awareness on Fire and Life safety systems and standards

Schedule and conduct training as per HO training calendar for outsource, in-house staff and retailers. Ensure 100% training to all ERO on FLS SOP on daily basis
Inspection of Fire safety equipment’s, Fire Hydrants, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Suppression system
Follow and ensure AMC of Fire Fighting system is carried out regular interval
Regulate and ensure Floor ERO 's roles and responsibilities is followed in terms of all emergency SOP
Ensure all fire safety systems are checked on daily basis including all fire exits, staircases are kept free for emergency access and egress
