Optimization of a Concorde Supersonic commercial aircraft

• 3D automated aircraft CAD model designed in Catia V5, by using Microsoft VB script.
• Optimize the model by increasing their acquisition cost by reducing the oper- ating cost by considering aircraft disciplinary module.
• Design optimization performed in Mode Frontier with some constraint like
(SM= 0, Weight, Stress,Thrust), 15% structural weight reduced results in in- creased performance of the engine.
Design and Development of conceptual electric ULB Air- craft

• The detailed design of each aircraft component parts designed and assem- bled in Catia V5.
• Perform FTA, FMEA, analysis of the ULB aircraft.
• All aircraft components like (wings, fuselage, landing gear, etc.) are manufac- tured in the workshop based on the design.
• 3D printing was used to manufacture Landing gear and complex parts of aircraft.
• Inspect stability and balance of aircraft, Structural, Weight were tested be- fore the flight.
