Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Work closely with the management team to deliver short and long term HR Strategic initiatives.

• Assist, support and advise on the following:

• Resourcing as required

• Onboarding and induction of new employees

• Bi-annual performance appraisal process and setting of KPI’s;
