Promoted from Receptionist to Contact Lens Manager July 1, 2018; then again to Eyeglass Manager, September 9th 2019. All duties include, but not limited to; receiving inbound calls, confirming appointments, checking in patients, pulling patient insurance eligibility, providing associates and patients real time problem solving, sold contact lenses, maintaining accurate patient records both electronic and physical, receiving and replying to faxes, and training all associates to complete these duties. As the Contact Lens Manager I managed all the Optometric Technicians, receptionists and other employees including all the materials and equipment needed for their positions. Maintained and ordered all store essential items were current, plentiful and placed orders as needed for various contact lens trials. As Eyeglass manager, I developed best practices and selling techniques for all my sales associates and Opticians. I also trained my General Manager as well as replacement Contact Lens Manager.
