I am Max Mtshelu. I am an honest and reliable person. I believe that with these qualities I am destined to make a success of my life. I am a shy person but when comfortable I get to express myself and be the person I truly am.I am someone who enjoys the comfort of close friends but always willing to make new ones as I go along in life. What prompted me into studying Tourism Management was the love for travelling and getting to learn about new destinations, meeting new people who spoke a different language and to get to understand their cultures. What kept me going to study Tourism management was that it is capable of alleviating poverty in rural areas and creates jobs with every tourist visiting poverty-stricken environment. While I was an Intern at Brookes Hill Hotel, I got practical work experience of what the industry is about in the accommodation sector. I was Receptionist assistance helping the front desk team in delivering a memorable stay for the guests and handling all guests queries, clearing the checkout screen and signing in guests and perform Porter duties whenever the situation required so.I feel strongly that with proper training I would be a valuable asset to any workplace.
