What kept me going to study Tourism management was that it is capable of alleviating poverty in rural areas and creates jobs with every tourist visiting poverty-stricken environment. While I was an Intern at Brookes Hill Hotel, I got practical work experience of what the industry is about in the accommodation sector. I was Receptionist assistance helping the front desk team in delivering a memorable stay for the guests and handling all guests queries, clearing the checkout screen and signing in guests and perform Porter duties whenever the situation required so.I feel strongly that with proper training I would be a valuable asset to any workplace.
