Responsible to manage Palladium mall of 10,00,000 sq.ft. Engineering operations + High Street Phoenix Mall of 12,00,000 sq.ft. Engineering operations + 4,00,000 sq ft commercial zone engineering Operations.

Handling various Projects like washroom renovation, chandeliers installation, flooring marble replacement, Entire ceiling work with new gypsum ceiling fixing work, new ramp car connecting bridge work, inlet water main line work from BMC, both zones tank interconnectivity pipe line work etc.

Leads energy management efforts by establishing, implementing and monitoring energy management plans and creating a culture of energy management and conservation

Manages the physical plants including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, sewage treatment and electrical systems in accordance.

Coaches and supports engineering team to effectively manage controllable expenses (HLP, water consumption, tools and equipment’s, service agreements, consumables etc)

-Replacement of existing cooling tower with new Cooling Tower for 700 TR Trane Chiller with structure modification.

-Complete food court renovation including revamping of HVAC system, Electrical system, Fire Fighting system and civil work.

-Fuel change project LPG to PNG conversation.

-Installed and commissioned new LT ACB Panel for complete Electrical distribution of Inorbit common area without disturbing mall operation.

-Installation of Gas bank vaporization system.

-Installed and commissioned 3 no’s Grease trap chamber to provide clean inlet to STP.

-Installed new Grundfoss system for complete mall water distribution.

-Installed and commissioned new chiller plant manager for 3 nos. chillers. Total capacity of chillers is 1800 TON.
