L & T Ltd.,Mumbai as a PROJECT ENGINEER (Working from June 2006 to May 2012 - 6 Years ) L&T is a USD 11.8 billion technology, engineering & construction group, with global operations. It is one of the largest and most respected companies in the Indian private sector.

Project Handles:

Zawtika development project Client – PTTEP, Thailand The facilities consist of three no of wellhead platforms each with twenty well slots. One no of wellhead platform is connected to the existing central processing platform with a 100 meter bridge while the other two platform are connected via 10 km & 11 km long 14” intrafield pipeline respectively. The total project scope awarded to L&T involves fabrication, installation & commissioning of the three wellhead platforms, fabrication of three jackets approximately150 meter long including risers and installation of 21 km of 14” intrafield pipeline. The total cost of the awarded project is $250 million.

Mumbai High North (MHN) Client - ONGC, India

Consisting of two new platforms MNP (Process cum Riser), MLQ (Living Quarters) & Additional remote flares MNF1 & MNF2 Process platform. MNP is gathering and distribution point for all the pipelines i.e. well fluid lines, lift gas lines & oil export line for tanker loading. All the processing facilities i.e. separation, produced water treatment, gas compression and dehydration, gas sweetening is installed on this platform. In addition there are testing facilities for testing of production coming from individual platforms.MNP platform is bridge connected to existing MNW process platform, MNF platform and proposed MLQ platform. Approximately ordered quantity for whole project was 65000 MT. The total cost of the awarded project is $314 million

MHN redevelopment plan, phase – II Client – ONGC, India The facilities consist of four no of wellhead platforms each with twelve well slots. One no of wellhead platform with remote well testing and monitoring facilities from MNP process complex. The total project scope awarded to L&T involves fabrication, installation & commissioning of the four wellhead platforms, fabrication of four jackets and decks. Approximately ordered quantity for whole project was 35000 MT. The total cost of the awarded project is $200 million.

DDW1 & PLQP Client – GSPC, India

DDW 1 - The facilities consist of DDW1 wellhead platforms with sixteen well slots designed to accommodate jack up rig. The wellhead platform DDW1 is bridge connected to process platform PLQP.

PLQP - The facilities consist of one number of offshore process cum living quarter platform (PLQP), one number of flare tripod, modification works at existing DDW1 wellhead platform and connecting bridges between WHP-PLQP & PLQP – flare tripod.

The total project scope awarded to L&T involves fabrication, installation & commissioning of the process cum living quarter platform & flare tripod. The total cost of the awarded project is $520 million

NASR & LULU development project phase-I Client – ADMA-OPCO, UAE The total project scope awarded to L&T involves fabrication, installation & commissioning of the four new wellhead platforms and one manifold tower, interconnecting bridge in between wellhead and manifold. The total cost of the awarded project is $200 million. JOB PROFILE:

Monitor the construction progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis & provide reports to the Project Manager. Ensure milestones are understood & are being met..

Carried out fabrication, execution & installation of onshore pipeline for Bul Hanine project in Halul Island, Qatar with subcontractor Galfar.

Carried out hydrotesting, gauging, pigging for Bul Hanine Project in Qatar with subcontractor TransAsia pipeline.

Carried out N2- He leak testing with subcontractor TransAsia pipeline.

Perform golden joints in splash zone area with proper precaution and necessary arrangement

Preserved the pipeline with nitrogen at 2 bar.
