1.CHECKERS SOMERSET-WEST, CHECKERS VERGELEGEN & CHECKERS VAN DER LINGEN (PAARL)

RESPONSIBILITIES- I was a Designate Training Manager. While training and learning, I was working very long hours. I trained in 6 months and was signed off as an FRESH FOOD MANAGER and worked in Paarl. I was responsible for the Fruit&Veg Department, the Bakery Department, the Deli Department and the Perishable Department. I needed to worked very close with personnel in each department and delegate and organize and planning work rosters.

2.HARCOURTS WESTCOAST, LANGEBAAN (FEBRUARY 2018)

RESPONSIBILITIES- PA for Business owner, Office Manager and helping all agents. Checking emails and correspondence. Updating window displays weekly. Updating Tv Monitors with new listings. Opening new files for rental agents and updating old files. Print reports on Pay Prop. Ordering stationary and supplies for agents on Harcourts Print Forged. Openening new files for OTP’s, sending OTP’s to attorneys and keep in touch with attorneys during transactions. Designing new Marketing material for the office, lots more, to many to mention.

RESPONSIBILITIES- I was an Admin Clerk and currently am a Service Advisor in the Service Department for RENAULT AND MITSUBISHI.

My duties included greeting customers & scheduling service appointments, opening job cards for services & repairs daily, cataloguing customer concerns & comments, translate customer repair problems into standard repair terminology, handing the job cards to Technicians and explaining to them what the customer requires, explaining repairs to customers, estimating the cost & time needed for repairs and working hand in hand with Parts Department, handling customer complaint, do invoices on services & repairs, handling the payments, emailing customers with quotations. Handling and checking in new and 2d hand vehicles from the Sales Department to our workshop. Making sure vehicles are ready for Road worthy test and doing the processing of each vehicle to go back to the Sales floor.
