• Sending correspondence to Eskom and to sub-contractors.

• Registering all incoming and outgoing correspondences in CMT.

• Co- ordinate meetings for management.

• Create Access letters that needs to be send to The Engineer and Group 5. This metadata needs to be populated into the Access register.

• Revision controlling of documentation (using COMOS system).

• Handling As-built documentation.
