2018-2020 Site Safety Supervisor in Paramount Property Construction Sdn Bhd for project Sri Kdu International School, Klang – (August 2018 – August 2020) Task has given :

Attend meeting with project management team to discuss area of concern and major issues encountered in the project operation.

Able to communicate and liaise with project and client HSE related issues in relations work specification, descriptions and work implementation.

Ensure work process/instruction and project quality standard.

Coordinated with Engineer, Superintendent and Supervisor regarding manpower requirements and progress at site.

Coordinate and carry out all HSE programs that have been planned for the project such as weekly HSE meeting, weekly safety talks, daily toolbox talk and other HSE programs to promote HSE awareness among personnel involved in the project.

Conduct daily HSE inspection at work place on all unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
