We also need to move to an area where there were schools, as my son wanted to start with after school sports, as he was unable to due to transport issues. oFielding all calls for the General Manager

oKeeping the General Manager’s daily diary

oDealing with VIP Booking

oArranging Site Visits / Educational

oArranging and working on all adverts, flyer, promotional material, menus that are required

oControlling stationary for the lodge

oControlling the Capital Expenditure register

oCapturing all guest comment forms and ensure that issues raised are dealt with

oFielding complaint letters to ensure that guests receive a satisfactory reply

oTaking minutes at meeting and ensuring that they are distributed timorously

oKeeping a comprehensive filing system

oArranging and coordinating Children’s programs during School holidays

oAssisting with the setting of annual budgets, and the monitoring of these through the year

oRunning of the OHS filing system, including the minutes, updating of certifications, replacement of members on resignation etc.

oRunning of our Social responsibility arrangements, meeting etc

oAssisting all HOD’s in various day to day duties

oArrangements for all advertising opportunities
