PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

Title: Instrumental Panel (Glove Box, Pab Chute, Centre Fascia, Lower Ip) Environment: Hyper Mesh

Instrument panel (IP), as the largest inner trim parts which directly shown to passengers, have not only beauty and function requires but also NVH and safety request. The vibration and the noise on the dashboard can be directly felt by the pasengers.

The objective of this project is to create FEM model of instrument panel assembly with connections using hyper mesh according to the guidelines and quality parameters set by the customers. Title: Centre Console (Front Console, Rear Console) Environment: Hyper Mesh

The objective of this project is to create FEM model of center console with connections using hyper mesh. Study of complete CAD assembly for penetrations and data loss Perform Geometry cleanup operation to clear unwanted edges and features. Shell mesh of front console, rear console, side flange. Property thickness assigned for static and dynamic analysis Performed intersection checks to all are removed within specified limits. Connection scheme is studied, and all connections are prepared using 1D elements like Rbe2 and Rbe3. Final ppt is prepared and submitted. Title: Analysis of the Bracket for stress performance Environment: hyper mesh- optistruct

Bracket was redesigned and meshed. Material and properties were assigned along with loads, load collectors and simulation was carried out to reduce the overall stress in the Bracket by 10%. Results shows that von-misses stress of the redesigned bracket reduced from 72.6 to 55.8 when compared to original model. Title: Modal and Static Structural Analysis of Earthquake Valves. Environment: Ansys Workbench

The objective of this work was to perform the Modal analysis out In Order To Determine the First Natural Frequency and The Way the Valve Tends to Deform.

The challenge for me to capture all the mode shapes, so the proper geometry was consider from big assembly so that not affect the results.

Next, A Quasi-Static Structural Analysis Has Been Accomplished By Using Seismic Acceleration.

In addition to this, customer wants to check behavior of the valve in static condition. Stresses generated in static condition are check and compared with allowable limits.

The 3D model is meshed in Ansys workbench, by applying boundary condition model is solved for modal analysis. Title: Linear & Non-Linear Analysis of Butterfly Valve. Environment: Ansys Workbench

Linear Analysis Has Been Performed For Given Loading Conditions In Order To Check Stresses & Deformation In Assembly Of Butterfly Valve.

Also the pre stressed modal analysis was performed to check the frequency variation.

Static analysis was performed to check the behavior of valve under static loading.

Next, A Non-Linear Analysis Has Been Performed By Using Frictional Contacts In Order To Check Strength As Well As Leakage Possibilities.

ACADEMIC PROJECT

Title: Preparation of Bio-Diesel and Its Performance Testing On Diesel Engine Karanja oil as Bio diesel is a variable substitute for petroleum based diesel fuel. The results of the study on the performance characteristics of a variable speed compression ignition engine run on biodiesel blends shows that: Biodiesel blends generated marginally lower brake power & BMEP than diesel engine. Finally, the brake thermal efficiency & mechanical efficiency of B10 & B20 is higher than diesel engine. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
