Project Name : Plant Construction & Execution Work. In this shutdown work with petro Rabigh plant E&I Department maintenance team. Day by day PM and CM jobs discuss with field FOREMAN (Eyed Darlan -Saudian) done by help of Technicians. The following jobs are done the shutdown period of time

I. PM (Preventive Maintenance) Jobs

Day by day get the PM jobs from the MONOMAR-II area different location (NAFTHA, MMA, AROMATICS, C&P) Field Engineers. As per site superintendent request the followings jobs are done.

PM listed ZV and MOV, CV pneumatics supply leak test checking. Once okay give the comment from PIB to check the valve function.(open and close)

Vibration sensor Trouble shooting.

Pointer tuning in the pressure gauge checks and replace.

PM listed Transmitter (TT, PT) connections, zero error and function check.

All valves stem smooth functioning check (help of WD40). II. CM (Corrective maintenance) Jobs

Plant running that time any field modifications or need to check and change the field instrument function clients provides the comments the CM jobs. As per request the followings jobs are done and report to area engineers.

Disconnection of Unhealthy CV and ZV in the flow line.(pneumatics supply and gland, terminations)

In furnace area Damper valve Tuning and functional and calibrate check.

Full plant PT, FT transmitters dip switches function change based on clients requirements.

Replacing the faulted positioner in the control valve.

Project Name : Instrument Maintenance work.

Give instruction for Cable Tray Support to mechanical team.

Designation : Electrical & Instrumentation Foreman / Enginner Project Name : Emergency shutdown (ESD) Panel Replacement. Coordination with construction, testing and commissioning team, monitoring the progress of work in such a way that all the critical areas are identified.

As I am Electrical and Instrumentation Foreman responsibility to provide the daily base nature of work to proper communicate with sub worker like Electrician, Technician and Tube fitters. Working in MICS during these periods I did job in various sites (power and cement factory) in India (contract base).

Responsibilities:

Field & Lap calibration HART-375,475 Field communicator (Temperature, Pressure, Flow & Level transmitter,CV,ZV,Limit switches).

Many gauges are calibrated with the help of dead weight tester (ASHCROFT-1305D).

To Analyse the customer given inputs and creating block diagram and Schematics.

Choosing suitable & available component in Digikey, Mouser Electronics,OEMS etc.

Verifying errors and generating net list using Cadence Allegro tool.

Knowledge in component footprint creations for SMD and through hole type and signal routing. MY KEY STRENGTH:

To prepare instrument detailed design of cable schedule, IO instrument list, Design basic report & Design Block Diagram.

Reviewing the P&ID Diagrams and Responsible and monitoring the control instruments installation and commissioning of filed instruments like temperature, pressure, Ph, flow, level and performing their calibrations.
