Description

Applying GD&T concepts on the tail cone and non-tail cone parts and defining features and part characteristics within the 3D model following by ASME Y14.41-2019 Standards. Responsibilities

Creating Part and Documents attributes as per the input from Boeing US and release it through Enovia and instructions followed by the Boeing checklist.

Rough Stock has been created along with FT&A to identify the stock size required for manufacturing the component.

Material code and finish code has been entered in respective geo set.

Tolerance advisor has been used to describe the Dimension, Datum’s and Geometrical tolerance.

Created Captures as per the requirements and Boeing standards. .

Created Part notes and standard notes and other necessary procedures carried out.

Project (2) : Seating Creation’s For Boeing 767 & Airbus A330 (VT44& 45) (2018) Client : THOMPSON AERO SEATING, Banbridge, UK.

Description

New product development for the business class seats and the programme is VT44 & VT45 for the delta Airlines using 3D EXPERIENCE TOOL(CATIA V6). Responsibilities

Works under minimal direction & uses of CAD tools to design and develop mechanical/structural engineering (Seating) from scratch using Style Image and the entire product definition controlled by TAM.

Design rules followed by using TAM & shopfloor activities managed by 123INSIGNT (MRP) & QC Review on 3D & 2D using 3D pdf..

Creating & Validating of EBOM & MBOM for manufacturing processes & SWI prepared.

Participation in PDR (Preliminary Design review) and CDR (Critical Design review) with customer and taking approval from all the stakeholders. Project (3) : Embraer E-175 Program Nacelle design and FTI (2016 & 2019) Client : Collins Aerospace (Formerly UTC Aerospace Systems). Description

The scope of the project is to design and develop the nacelle parts like acoustic panels, external panels, thrust reverser parts & EBU parts, translating sleeves, panels etc. and produce the documents & design modification for the MRO request.

Understanding requirements, Design layout creations, and material & Standard Part selections. Using of MBD & GD&T on 3D parts to gets defined and 3D pdf generated.

Applies Technical Design knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to support installation of transducers, measurement sub-systems, and data acquisition systems into flight test airplanes.

Creating cut parts, FLEX parts and labels for the ducts and Installation of ducts in required sections of fuselage area.

Using DFM and DFA method creating scenes for installation’s and done with drafting requirements as per Airbus standards.

Project (2) : Bombardier Global 7000/8000 Tube Assembly Client : Triumph Aero structures Vought Aircraft Division Description

The scope of the project is to design & detail the Hydraulic tubes, PEEK(Polyether ether ketone) brackets and Fuel brackets & produce ARM, MBD for part models, assemblies & Installations. Responsibilities

The components have to design for the fuel (Hydraulic) transmitting tubes and for the attaching brackets and their fasteners.

Supports development of new processes by providing input on detailed aspects of the process.

The modelling procedure is as per the Bombardier Standards.

Prioritizes delegates and tracks performance.

Project (3) : Bombardier Global 7000/8000 MLG (Main landing gear) Door Assembly Client : Triumph Aero structures Vought Aircraft Division Responsibilities

Validate the inputs structure & draft the components as per the BA standards.

Creating the Layout drawings, Detail Drawing, Assembly drawing, Installation drawing and PCD for Seals.

Applying the Release actions for the parts, Assemblies and Installations uploading to MATS. As per comments in the MATS, we will update the parts and Assemblies and the parts get RELEASED.

Responsible for Work Flow, Delivery, Schedule & Quality.

Participated in Quality checking for submitted drawings.
