In the designate position, training to oversee up to 6 salesman at a time in either a large or small format setting. Work with each salesman to hit the location’s, region’s, and company’s goals. Continued coaching is used to improve selling strategies.
Each salesman has 3-10 accounts(customers), depending on size, where they serve as their main resource. As the district manager, I make sure the accounts and customers are being taken care of as best as possible.
Work with customers and their store/department managers to bring in new product and new coolers. Involved in resets to refresh each stores appearance
