Lead a staff of 40+ associates in the finishing process.

Created a training program designed so that at any given time at least two associates are training to become operators.

Purchased machinery that when coupled with existing equipment made the packing of product easier and less labor intensive. This allowed that new hires, temporary workers and any available labor could pack with minimal training.

Improved labor utilization by rewriting job descriptions, eliminating obstacles to cross training within the department.

Utilized cross training to encourage a change in gender roles where historically certain jobs were generally either male or female. This opened up opportunity where there was none initially.
