As a Safety supervisor in construction area, ensuring safety of the workers had always proved challenging:

Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health & safety of the workers by conducting daily Tool box talk, Workplace safety inspection, Safety tour, Safety survey to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions & eventually improve Safety culture of the organization.

Collect & maintain all relevant HSE docs such as Induction training, tool box talk, first aid box inspection & first aid register.

Continual inspection of resting & welfare facilities of the workers at the site. Monthly inspection of all Fire extinguishers and first aid box to ensure its condition for safe usage. Flammable materials like petrol, diesel and lubrication oil are continuously monitored for its safe handling, storage and disposal in addition to periodical training on proper usage of fire extinguishers in case of an emergency.
