Eph comes with a breadth and depth of experience from different industries. For the past 20+ years, he has worked with prestigious global companies such as Roche, Clorox, Bostik, Galderma and Punongbayan & Araullo (Ernst & Young) in increasing management roles in Finance. He graduated from University of the East and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eph Daguno started his career in external auditing in 1996. After College and passing the CPA board examination, he joined Punongbayan & Araullo (P&A), the third largest accounting and management consulting firm in the Philippines during that time. P&A provides a full range of professional services in the areas of audit, tax, and management consulting services. Also during that time P&A affiliated itself to one of the largest professional firms in the world, Ernst & Young International. As an external auditor, he performed financial audit, identified significant accounting and auditing issues, and resolves the same. He prepared auditors’ report, clients’ audited financial statements, income tax returns and related schedules required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Eph spent almost three years in P&A. His commitment and perseverance in audit played a major role in enriching Eph’s competence in the field of audit.

In July 1999, Eph joined the pharmaceutical industry as Financial Analyst of Galderma Philippines, Inc. He handled all general accounting and tax functions. His dedication, good attitude and hard work pave way for his promotion as a Senior Finance Analyst last January 2005. In March 2006, Eph was promoted to as an Accounting Manager. His responsibility expanded to the whole company by overseeing other departments. He represented the subsidiary in any Finance related activity. He also represented the subsidiary in Galderma corporate office in France. Eph was a member of senior management committee.

In October 2008, he moved to Bostik Philippines, Inc., a multinational company under the umbrella of Total Group where he nurtured his experience in Manufacturing environment.

In November 2011, he was encouraged to join another multinational company, handling the position of General Accounting Manager of Clorox International Philippines, Inc. Clorox is the manufacturer and distributor of Prestone Brake Fluid and distributor of Glad and Clorox products.

By 2013, Eph moved to Roche Philippines, Diagnostic Division, where he was a Controller and Logistic Manager.

In October 2014, Eph became the Finance Manager of BEVI Group of Companies. A local company venturing different industries like Pharma, Food and Beverage and Animal Care.

His last stop, in June 2019, Eph becomes the Sr. Finance Manager of Snapcompare Corp., a FinTech company providing software and financial services using the portal “ecomparemo.com” the leading financial e-commerce portal in the Philippines. The cutting-edge technology provides a "one-stop shop" to customers and partners, allowing them to perform tasks such as - browsing, comparison, application, risk management, profiling, payment, claims, and modifications.
