The paperboard design protects the product while delivering an extremely square design that stacks and distributes effectively for the “Tower of Treat” brand. Benefits:

Fully automated design supported an historical product branding standard. Significantly less storage space related to inbound receipt of packaging materials. More efficient movement through the fulfillment and packaging process. Product protection was never compromised.

Project focus was to eliminate their current molded polypropylene container with a folding carton that would protect their brand image. They needed 30% higher line speeds in production to maintain growth. We also had to develop a folding carton that would match the curve sides with a flip top for accessing the product.

Features:

New ground breaking, unique package shape is a patented renewable paper-board solution with cured scores and unique flip top.

Advantages:

Eliminated the polypropylene container while reducing customers overall spend. New solution is fully automated vs the semi-automated polypropylene container. Benefits:

Reduced costs through a significant improvement in inbound and outbound cube utilization. Improved retail shelf presence for a newly established category. Sustainable and renewable paperboard based packaging materials replaced non-renewable polypropylene materials.
