Coating inspection in gas service vessels
Columns
Visual Inspection of Columns internals such as Tray’s condition, Tray Support Rings (TSR) joints, welds Seams (Both Circumferential and Longitudinal Seams), Overhead line of Column
Internal Condition of the column like Shell Coarse, Dished Ends, Nozzle internals.
Monitoring Thickness Survey of the column on each shell coarse
Reviewing Thickness Survey Reports with respect to GA drawings
External inspection of Column like Foundation, Skirt, Paint Condition, Insulation (CUI)
Heat Exchangers / Fin-Fan coolers

Hydrostatic test & pneumatic tests on recommended pipes, subjected to client’s scope
Reformers/ Fired Heaters
Witnessing Dye-Penetrant testing in Spigot Joints, Thermocouple joints and Hanger Supports, Steamated Points in Fired-Heaters
Inspection of Replacement of Tubes in Reformers
Witnessing Hot-Header Fit-up Inspection
Witnessing Nitrogen-Hydrogen Leak testing in the Reformer Tubes and the Weld Joints
Witnessing Hydrostatic Test of Radiant coil in Furnace
Gauge Selection, Calibration & Range Setting
Gauge range selection will be done as per standard “not less than 2 times & shall not more than
4 times” of test pressure
Gauge selection will be cross checked by verifying its test certificate
Gauge calibration will be ensured by verifying those calibration certificate
