I have total experience 19 years and 15+ years only in commissioning, operation & maintenance of WTP, ETP, RO, DM Plant,STP,TTP,CW, Gas chlorination system,EDTA Cleaning of Boiler, High pressure boiler Water Treatment and Quality analysis of raw Coal,wash coal & imported coal..

My Job & Responsibilities:-

WATER CHEMISTRY

Monitoring of operation and maintenance WTP, ETP, RO, DM Plant, STP, TTP, Gas chlorination system.

Ensure Analysis of Water sample from different sample points in WTP, Boiler, TG and CW system.

Monitoring of water chemistry of Boiler, WTP, ETP, RO, DM Plant, STP, TTP and Cooling water through chemical balance.

Monitoring quality & stock of Industrial chemicals like Caustic Soda lye, Hydrochloric Acid, Sulphuric acid, Ammonia, Hydrazine, TSP, etc.

Monitoring of purities of H2 gas for TG & H2 generation plant.

Boiler preservation.

Brine treatment of Ion exchange resin

Chemical cleaning of UF and RO membrane.

Monitoring of SWAS online system.

Troubles shooting of Ultra filter, Reverse osmosis plant, Mixed Bed, ETP Plant & Tertiary Treatment plant.

COAL SECTION:

Supervision of Rake Coal & Feeding coal sample preparation and analysis in lab as per IS standard (Proximate & Ultimate) .

Determination of size analysis of coal.

Determination of Mill fineness & Mill reject of coal.

OIL SECTION:

Determination of Fuel oil Like HFO & LDO.

Determination of specific gravity, sedimentation, NAS & moisture in MOT, Lube & EH oil.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITES:

Implementation of 5S, Internal Audits, monthly chemical inventory .

Co-ordinate training for employees in department through learning session.

Implemented quality principle for the operation and maintenance of water treatment plant as per ISO 9001-2000.

Rapid Gravity Sand Filter (7 X 600 M3 /Hr.)

Actiflo Ballasted type clarifier (219 m3/hr.)

Ultra filter ( 3*106 m3/hr.).

Reverse osmosis plant (3*90 m3/hr.)

Mix Bed.

Tertiary treatment Plant (Sweden technology).

Gas Chlorination plant (2*100Kg/hr.)

Presently working with 1350 MW TPP M/S Sinnar Thermal power ltd (Rattan India Group) as a Asst In charge WTP Chemistry at Nashik and Shift incharge at Amravati from April 2012 to till date .

Worked with 1215 (135 X 9) MW CPP M/S Vedanta Aluminium Ltd Jharsuguda as a Chemist From Nov 2008 to March 2012 under KEPCO (Korea plant Services & Engineering ).

Worked with 540 (135 X 4) MW CPP M/S BALCO Vedanta Korba (C.G) as a Sr Chemist from Aug 2005 to Oct 2008 under Hofincons InfoTech & Industrial Services Pvt. Ltd. ( a Transfield Services Group )

Worked with M/s Hanuman Agro Industries Ltd., Nawapara, Rajim-Raipur (C.G.) Writing & Printing Paper plant as a chemist from Dec 2000 to July 2005.
