2. Includes some basic steps like call handling where a customer enters into Barclays bank and AML steps will be carried out to check if the customer is involved in any fraudulent activity.

3. Next step will be ADP where we load the customer details. Customer ledger balance is loaded and final value will be calculated.

4. Based on the calculated value, that particular amount will be released to the customer.
