MECHANICAL ENGINEER:
Preparing and monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per codes and standards during fabrication work is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, specification and correct materials of Process Piping/Pipe line.
Familiar in Erection of Hook up spools in Utility Station, Pumps, Equipment and vessels.
Supervision of all piping works and ensures safety and quality standards of the client.
Assure the quality of work done by contractors.
Responsible for establishing promote and maintaining a safe and hazard free working environment. Formulates and develops safety policies and procedures with the help of the HSE Department.
Line check to verify the use of correct material fittings, valves, and supports, prior to hydro test and prepare punch list for incomplete works, check and closing after the work is done.
Check flow direction arrows on valves; verify that they are properly identified and valves are installed in accordance with flow direction.
Ensure that pipe supports, hangers and guides have been installed in accordance with the piping drawings and the pipe support details.
Ability to make As-Built Drawings and maintain all the revised documents / close coordination with QA/QC department for all concern Inspection and Documentation.
Reviewing the Piping Modelling as per P&ID and check isometric drawings, Piping layout, Piping GA drawing and Support drawings and details.
Developing and recommending improvements in design standards to lower cost improve work quality and facilitate maintenance.
Reviewing Pipe Clash Check, fouling checks and its clearances.
Reviewing project parameters related to piping requirement.
Reviews completed work with design and drafting personnel responsible for completion to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes and design data.
Attending Review meeting for Piping .
Planning and monitoring the work for timely completion of the project.

Review of Vendor Drawings.
Submit monthly progress reports and drawing indices to the Project Manager / Project Engineering Manager.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships and with area leads, department managers, clients and other team members (Process, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation).
Collaborate closely with procurement teams and suppliers on deliveries.
Coordination with clients, contractors and detail engineering office.
Supervise the team for timely and accurate work execution. Ensure that all the work activities in safe condition and get completed as per the quality norms and as per project specifications.
Prepare the one week look ahead schedule that needs to be submitted to the Planning department for review and inputs to draw up the final execution plan for the piping department.
Resolving technical queries to co-ordination with the client for site modifications and getting approval as per the standards and revised drawings also.
Prepare rough sketches based on customer requirements.
Marking of welding joints and spool numbering of all vendor drawings.
PIPING DESIGNER:
Provide piping input to Process Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping Material Specification (PMS), and Valve Material Specification (VMS).
Performs plant and piping design work across several engineering disciplines in the 3D integrated design systems (PDMS, SP3D, AUTO CAD & MicroStation).
Equipment, Piping and Pipe Support 3D modeling using PDMS 12 SP6.1 & SP3D.
Preparing material take-off requirements and isometric drawings for construction using PDMS (Plant Design Management System) modeling software. (Zero/Intermediate/Final level MTO).
Modelling of Equipment and finalizing the Nozzle orientation.
Preparation of Piping General arrangement drawings and Plot plan.
Preparation of Equipment layout and Piping Layout.
Preparation of Isometric Drawings, Pipe Support drawing, Nozzle Orientation Drawing and Bill of Materials.
Preparing piping, Valve, Fittings data sheets, specification and MTO from Piping General Arrangement Drawings.
