Key Responsibilities:

During my past service in Arabian Mix Co. I independently handled payroll accounting functions and cost control areas, including the following:

•Maintaining all payroll registers, reconciliations, cost control management and ensure proper reporting to the management.

•Process the monthly payroll for the companies including leave salary as well as all addition and deductions.

• Prepare and submit periodically, reports relating to salary (JVs, gratuity, air fair & leave passage provisions) claim reimbursements, final settlement accounts etc.

•Assist, both internal as well as external auditors to enable them to complete the audit procedures smoothly and as per schedule.

•All MIS related report preparation for the top management as a guided tool.

•Review GL and passing necessary adjusting entries in the records of salaries and wages.

•Assessing and managing all transaction related operational risks, monitoring anti money laundering requirements and ensuring adequate accuracy in processing and all transactions which reduce the possibility of any unusual / suspicious transactions.

Independently handled the payroll of 1200+ employees for three Inter-group companies on a regular monthly basis –
