Working and Operation Knowledge:

Pump Operation :

Centrifugal Pump. Gear type, Vane type Pump, single acting double acting reciprocating Pump Operation, dosing pump start-up and shutdown. Lube oil level maintenance, water cooling supply, Vibration check, mechanical Seal check Up Normal Sword Check oil viscosity check, Suction and discharge pressurecheck-up filter and strains cleaning trouble shooting etc.

Centrifugal Pump

Experience in maintenance of single stage pump and molten stage pump Assembling and dismasting pump (boilers feed water pump) Cooling oil changes periodical pump isolation and shutdown works, crude transfer pump, booster replacing seal and mechanical seal etc.

Reciprocating Pumps:

Experience in maintence of plonger pump (BHEL NATIONAL AND STEVAN) wilton pumps. Strainer cleaning filter changing NRV replaces and etc. Experience in assembling and dismasting of pumps.

Rotary Pumps:

Experience in maintenance of gear pump, Screw pump and vane pump etc.

Valve system:

Reciprocating Compressor

Rotor Tuning of reciprocating Compressor

Where applicable open the drip feed lubricator and operate the force feed lubricators weekly if the compressor has a manual priming main oil pomp,operate if for at least one minute . the suggested turning of the rotor 2 revolutions (810o) weekly intended to help prevent permanent rotor sag /bow if the rotor was initially blocked of shipment unblocking before turning and relocking when Appling the rotor turping reguirment if previously applied corrosion prevention is compromised the corrosion inhibitors will need to be reapplied

ComperssorRotor

Measure the total float which is the axial displacement of the rotor without thrust bearing with bearing with journal bearing on the both sides to avoid the rest of rotor on the labyrinth edges now the centering of rotor is the half of the total float while the thrust plate loaded on the active side increase / reduce the with of centering spaces fixed behind the thrust plate .Marching o the active thrust bearing collan and adding spaces the thrust plate. Add remove the shims on the thurst bearing if the adjustable reguirment is less.

Barrel type centrifugal compressor

Securing the half split labyrinth with together by a hose Clio firmly and checking measurement difference with use vennien or micrometers.

Split type Compressor

With the use of feeler gauge . securing the half spilt lay birth with together by a hose clip firmly and checking the measurement difference with use venniere or micrometers .

reduction compressor Suction value damage / Passing discharge valve damage passing clearance pocket may be in open condition unloaden loaded damage piston rings or packing rings excessive piston end clearance speed less.

Rotary screw compressor

Mechanical Seal

Worked on all types of seals including single devalues and tandem seals single spring and multi-spring below type and proper rectification of same.

Gear Boxes:

Involved in prevents maintenance and bearing changing Inspection of gas and bearing and check the back lash activities.

Fans & Blowers:

Having experience to change the blade angels, belt aligning tensioning in the Polly with driver

Static Equiments:

Worked in safety relief valves, filter strainer flame arrester and pipe line plant maintence of heat Exchanger (Shad and tube & plate and tube)

Involved in safety relief valve over halving& calibration and general valves gate valve. Globe check valve, Columns and & vessel tank etc.
