Downloading PLC Program, Troubleshooting and Maintaining Programmable Logics Controls specific SLC501, 502, 503 Series.

-Perform PM’s on all Production Equipment including Biner Filler, Capper, Conveyors, Palletizer, Packaging Machine, Wexxar Box Maker, Parker Boilers, Water towers. Pumps, Drives.

Install conduit IMC, EMT and LMFC According to NEC Regulations

Work on 24VDC to 480VAC

Design/ Fabricate Control Panels for Operations of any machine or conveyors that gets installed.

Install and program Variable Frequency Drives on motors that will get transitioned for one speed to variable speed.

Fabricate and assemble stainless steel pipes and weld them as sanitary welds to advance the systems currently in place.
