DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Day to day monitoring of Piping progress, manpower, and equipment record.

Responsible for supervising construction activities in piping Subcontractor trades personnel related to a discipline. Maintains the highest quality standards while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Witnessing PMC (PRE MECHANICAL COMPLETION) activities including preparation, flushing/blowing and re instatement and Start-up.

Witnessing OATT (Over All Tightness Test) with owner prior to turn over

Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards

Participate in the site internal and external site audits

Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors

Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and competed for as-built hand over through the QC turnover engineer

Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action

Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses

Review and revised ITP as per clients requirements.

Responsible for the proper installation of orifice plates, strainers, valves gaskets, bolts and nuts, etc. as per latest approved drawing.

Responsible for fabrication of temporally spools to be used in hydro testing such as fabricated temporally spools, blind flanges, fabricated fitting like elbows and tees.
