Over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry, ranging from but not limited to; nuclear, chemical, and fossil. Most recent experience is as Quality Control Supervisor. Some of my duties include but are not limited to: Implementation of Aecon-Wachs 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and NQA-1, ISO 9001 compliant, and ASME Section I, VIII, and NBIC programs; Oversite of inspection personnel; Monitoring welding processes and review of welding procedures; Work package development and review; Final document package review; Writing and review of procedures; Material receipt; and Control of M&TE. Projects include nuclear new build construction, ISO 9001 and ASME NQA-1 fabrication, and nuclear and fossil outage support. Trained on automatic welding processes using Swagelok orbital machines, AMI 107 and 227 orbital machines, Liburdi Diametric welding machines Goldtrak II, Goldtrak V and Goldtrak VI. I have held welding certifications ranging from nuclear power plants to DOE facilities in various manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding processes. Certifications have ranged from 1/4” butt weld stainless tubing to unlimited size and wall thickness. I have worked with materials ranging from carbon steel, various stainless steels, chrome alloys, Titanium, and Inconel metals. References are available upon request
