Role: Heavy Duty Rotating Equipment Engineer -Freeport,TXEngineer Skills & Competencies:

● Provide technical support and leadership for client projects involving: Rotating equipment design, installation and maintenance, commissioning, start-up, operational readiness and handover to Operations. Conduct Plant Equipment and Unit Process material balance, cost estimations based on Marshall & Swift Index

(M&S), Chemical Engineering (CE) Index, Nelson Farrar (NF) index and the Engineering News Record (ENR) Index using Timberline software.

● Hands-on troubleshooting of turbines, pumps and compressors and other rotating equipment ancillaries. Understand predictive technologies including vibration, borescope, thermography, lubrication and ultrasonic analysis. Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis on Rotating Equipment for modular packages with the collaboration of vendors and develop long term reliability strategies. Establish and update spare parts requests/stocking levels for Rotating Equipment. Prepare and administer contract documents to meet project requirements. Execute and manage projects in the $50,000 - $225M contract range.

● Carry out model reviews and HAZOPs to ascertain plant accessibility and maintainability requirements. Optimize project specific procedures for the preservation and maintenance of matrices, check sheets and schedules. Supervise mechanical completion of walkdowns and moderate or chair modyard meetings. Supervise FAT / SAT inspections for equipment sales.

● Lead technical teams for proper installation of internals inside vessels and perform air blowing, flushing, leak testing, drying and inerting of various piping, mechanical interlock, spring support, pipeline pigging and hot/cold settings as per drawings & specifications.

● Carry out assessment for the requirements of temporary structures, special tools and equipment required for pre- commissioning and commissioning including lube oil flushing, alignment, lubrication, vibration checks and start-ups. Adept in HSE policies and guidelines.

● Interface with various engineering departments as a Technical Authority (TA) for the development and implementation of site PM, PdM and PaM methodologies using 2

philosophies like: CBM, RCM and TPM assisted with RCM, FMEA, RCA and LCAM to resolve problems. Develop and implement ITPs, report on KPIs, and update CMMS databases.

● Proficient in SAP (Materials & Manufacturing, Production Planning and Plant Maintenance) and Honeywell’s Asset Management (c/w Mobile Equipment Monitor) modules.
