Duties and Responsibilities:
Understanding and providing assistance in satisfying customer needs or queries about products, prices, and services.
Advising customer on product best suits to their needs.
Achieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by advanced sales techniques.
Focusing on up-selling/cross-selling.
Maintain customer relationship in order to build long team and brand loyalty.
Handling new launches, promotion of product and visual merchandising.

Coordinating with customer care centre for after sales services.
Generating Daily sales report.
Following all company procedures in ordering cash handling and other common practices.
Ensure that the prices are updated regularly in the system.
Ensure counting of cash after the last customer leaves the showroom.
Ensure proper rates/denominations currencies.
Conduct security checks for the currency/credit cards/cheque etc. when required.
Greet & inform the customer about Gift voucher, extended warranty, various promotions, etc.
Count and sort coins and wrap currency appropriately
Ensure that all stationary and carriers bags are present at their section prior to the opening.
Ensure housekeeping standards within the cashier counter as per the company standards.
Count the float for his/her designated till prior to opening and closing to ensure accurate accounting.
Taking account of incoming and outgoing of goods in the store.
Monitor stock and inventory levels.
Supervise the flow of goods between storage and the shop floor.
Prepare new items to be displayed.
Keeping eagle's eyes on the stocks of goods available in the stores.
Making requests of goods in time which are not stocks.
Authorizing on the store requisition after verifying requested items.
Preparing the list of fast moving / slow moving items and not usable materials.
Maintaining proper documents like receipt and issue.
Arranging good housekeeping every day in the stores and warehouse.
Verifying incoming / outgoing & daily stock on hand
Follow the delivery schedule as per purchase order
