Assisting the head of the legal department in handling all tasks of the legal department, and deputy the head of the department in case of his absence. Supervise legal officers, provide legal advice, and coordinate with external lawyers in handling legal action of the bank. Ensure the bank is complying with governance directions. Draft conventional and Islamic agreements and coordinate with the Sharia'a Board.
