CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR:

Completely overhauled gas compressor, air compressor, liquid ring compressor

Inspection, Dismantling & Installation of Thrust bearings and Journal bearings (plain and tilting pads types) with direct and pressurized lubrication systems.

Locate position of rotor assembly and proper installation of dry gas seals.

Respecting the Radial & minimum axial clearance between impellers and diaphragm and delivery dimensions of volute.

Performing alignment between driver and driven units.

RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR:

Manufacture: Thomson, Hitachi, Mitsubishi.

Inspection, Dismantling & Assembling of Coupling, fly wheel, crankshaft, connecting rod, cross head, gudgeon pin, piston rod, piston and cylinder.

Maintaining limited clearance of Main bearings, Big end and small end bearings.

Refurbishment of Suction & Discharge valves, Unloader and renewal of cylinder liner

Check and replace the piston rings, rider/guider rings, stuffing box packing & wiper rings

Check and adjust the Cross Head Shoe Clearance, TDC & BDC

Checking the web deflection and piston rod drop.

Performing alignment of Compressor with driver Equipment’s

CENTRIFUGAL PUMP:

Manufacture: KSB, Begemann, novo pig none, Flowserve, Sulzer.

Having relevant experience in centrifugal overhang pump, multi stage pump, vertical pump, Inline pump (bearing between pump 8000M )

Obtaining a complete checklist of the dismantled equipment and keep a records.

Inspect the condition of rotating parts namely shaft, sleeve, impeller, oil deflectors, wearing, bearings, coupling and stationary parts such as casing stuffing box, distance pieces and bearing housing.

Renewal of mechanical seals replacement of rotor checking wearing and throat bushes, bearing clearances

Maintaining the required Radial & Axial float in multistage pumps

Checking the Stuffing box Square ness and concentricity using a dial gauge while pump assembly.

STEAM TURBINE: Manufacture: Dresser Land (Frame 503T)

Pump and compressor drive steam turbine full overhauling

Rotor, Turbine wheel, in bode out bode Bearing, seal replace

Trip test and trip dives adjustment

To check nozzle and bearing clearance.

GAS TURBION

MI of the GAS TURBINE (FRAM 6B Made: NUOVO PIGNONE, Design: GE)

Combustion chamber Primary, Secondary fuel nozzle,Cross fire tube, Liner, TP replace

HGPI and borescope inspection

IGV blade and EGV blades replace and Brush seal replace

1st,2nd,3rd stage nozzle and labyrinth seal and1st,2nd,3rd stage shroud replace

Turbine bucket replace

Journal and thrust bearing replace

Checked all bearing clearance,axial float, IGV blades axial compressor blades back class checking

MECHANICAL SEAL:

Manufacture: Flowserve, John crane,

Assembling, reconditioning and replacing all type of Mechanical seals such as single double, tandem and cartridge seals, having single, multi-spring and bellow type.

Renewed seal faces (primary ring & mating ring).

ALIGNMENT:

Laser method (SKF, EC lesser, rot align)

Rim and face method

Revers indicator method

GEARBOXES:

Manufacture: Flender. Hannsen, Lightnin.

Step up & step down overhauling of gearboxes, replacement of bearings oil seals, low & high-speed shafts.

Checked backlash on a gearbox, teeth contact using engineering blue.

FIN FAN:

Worked on Fin-Fan coolers and cooling tower fans for changing the blade and replacing the motor and Bearing replace

Yearly monthly pm belt tension, blade Angle, tip clearance tip track checking greasing.

HEAT EXCHANGER:

Having experience in plate type, shell and tube (single and multi-tubes) exchanger. Involved in maintenance and repair of tubes, nozzle baffle plates, spool piece etc.

U-tube exchangers, fixed type, plate type exchanger, floating head exchanger, spading, cover dropping, bundle pulling, tube cleaning by hydro jetting,leak check, hydro test of shell and tube, plugging the tube if damaged, install the both side covers with gasket.

VALVES:

Servicing and testing valves like gate valves, globe valves, angle valves, ball valves, check valves, valves, butterfly valves, pressure safety valve, pressure relief valve,

DISTILLATION COLUMNS:

Blinding, opening the manholes for air ventilation, and opening the all try man ways for internal inspection, internal cleaning of down cover & try man ways, removing the flashing distributor carry out repairs like fixing of loose parts, and getting done final inspection approved by client and box up of total man ways of column .

VESSAL:

Internal cleaning of vessels, and install internal scaffolding for checking and removal of demister pad and internal weld joints buffing for qc inspection, de-blinding the inlet and outlet nozzles and box up total manhole of vessel after client approval

Removal & Reinstallation including Instrumentation, Valves sizes varying from 3/4” to 58” (Control valves, manual valves, Pressure relief valves butterfly valve and pressure safety valves etc.

SAFETY:

Follows all safety rules and guidelines established by the offshore, onshore and actively participates in safety meetings, safety programs.

Having good knowledge in Permit to Work, Safe Job Plan/Job Safety Analysis, and MSDS - Material Safety Data Sheet.
