Call booking in CRM software.

Provide AMC/ CMC and Spares/ Consumables quote to the customers and do the follow up.

Making the documents/ Agreements for AMC and CMC of customer.

Generate Performa Invoice, Tax Invoice, and Delivery Challan in the FOCUS Software.

Notify the inward and outward movement of machines which come for calibration/repairing.

Follow up with payments for the sale of spares and service provided.

Create and maintain a database of clients and there requirements.

Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs.

Daily Engineers feedback report sends to HOD.
