Assisted Living Facility that holds a 108 resident capacity. Responsible for the daily operations of the culinary department. Ensuring the employees are using the state regulated spread sheets, distributor planned menus, and evaluating each meal for the proper nutritional value of each resident as specified. Recording all temperatures and checking all resident meals for proper food preperation, such as pureed, mechanical, or regular diets to ensure the safety of residents. Other daily duties include employee scheduling, employee one on one monthly reviews, and any and all employee issues. I also did all the resident care conferences and entered all resident preference sheets and diet orders from the Physicians.

A local, family owned pizza business, established in the 1970”s. I hired in as the Assistant Manager but was quickly promoted to General Manager over the Spencer store and took on the reports and banking/payroll duties at the Ellettsville Location also. My staff and I worked very hard to repair customer relations with the established life long customers and we implemented ideas that brought a whole new generation into the establishment. In an effort to track sales,deliveries,and properly operate daily, I established Point Of Sale in both stores. Sales increased by the thousands and the community had the nostalgic pizza place that they loved faithfully, up to par once again! Complete daily operations, all around employee focus, and ensuring the quality and safety of food and beverages, are just a few things i added to my experience list. I established my own in-home hospice care company after receiving my LPN. It was a very profitable, and a high in demand service. I was fortunate to employ some of the greatest medically trained assistants possible! I had 12 employees at all times and kept a census of 20 clients in their own homes as an operating standard. I traveled in between all clients giving them a gold standard care! I was also POA- Power Of Attorney, over some clients, depending on the need and family requests. I did the best I could on a daily basis to establish the best care possible for my clients and made every effort to keep them comfortable and give them the best end of life experience possible! Compassion and Expertise were used to the fullest.
