CAREER:

Presently working as an Jr Engineer (Process) in KJS Cement Limited Maihar Satna (M.P.) from 10 jan 2018 to till date (A unit of KJS Group) 2.2 MTPA having 6000 TPD installed capacity located in Maihar (MP) the company is adopted modern dry process technology provided by FLS having two string Six stage preheater in line calciner & Cross bar cooler. The company is having VRM for Raw mill 450 TPD one VRM for Coal mill 60 TPD & VRM for cement mill 380 TPD all supplied by Loesche.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Co-ordination with service department for the smooth working of cement plant.

Shift wise operation of Raw mill, Cement Mill & coal mill (Loesche)

Taking drop test of solid flow meter and weigh – feeders.

Operation of loesche VRM..

Hands on experience in DCS Operation of Raw mill, Cement mll.

Corrective and preventive action for abnormal situation, interact with concerned department.

Maintaining quality standard ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms and practice.
