Director of Finance

Executive leadership position in full control of strategic financial analysis and financial planning (including 3- year plan), financial statements, budgeting, ownership equity, distributions, GAAP internal controls, entire compensation structure for the firm, capacity analysis, and real estate planning. Serving as a main strategist to business unit leads of all functions including Finance, HR, Recruiting, and IT management. Responsible for leading M&A team on all finance transactions in a recent acquisition of RIA with $30M in revenue and $80B in assets. Responsible for leading M&A team on all finance transactions in a recent acquisition of RIA with $30M in revenue and $80B in assets. This Director role replaced both the CFO and Controller responsibilities in 2018, solely responsible for balancing, closing, and auditing all Accounting Statements for combined $70M business.

Directed selection and implementation of accounting and asset tracking system (Black Diamond) across firm operations that consolidated three separate applications resulting in annual savings in consulting fees, license agreements and support costs in excess of $220K (Leverage past software skillsets that include extensive knowledge on SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion, Lawson, and Business Objects).

Led firm though strategic financial and operational restructuring, new sales model, and securing major contracts; value of the firm increased by 2.5x in two years.

Developed client profitability model to better understand overall client contribution. Analysis included the selection and implementation of time tracking system to better account for project time saving $350K.
