Management/Leadership Experience: Over 14 years of management experience
(supervising, hiring and staff development) for multiple locations. Managed up

producers reach #1 status in the company for sales and recruiting.
P&L Responsibilities: Responsible for small (start-up) and large organizations. I
had full responsibility for past 11 years with revenue as small as $0 (start-up) to
$38 million. Currently oversee two locations with separate P&L’s.
Sales/Recruiting Experience: Over 20 years of sales /recruiting experience in IT
consulting within the Delaware Valley market. Received multiple awards while

managing I was responsible for my own book of business. As of June 2020 I

GM% over 30.

•Management of staff up to 16 direct reports with P&L responsibility for $37
million in the two locations.
•Line of business has consisted of selling professional services (i.e. staffing,
contract to hire, perm, outsourcing and managed services.
•Responsible for branch revenue growth, key accounts and development and
retention of client base.
•Provide leadership and sales strategies for branch employees.
•Responsible for hiring, mentoring and developing sales, recruiting and support
staff.
•Reviewing sales goals and activities with direct reports (weekly, monthly and
yearly account planning).

•Responsible for starting a new branch and introducing Peak to the IT vertical.
•Built a team of six producers (sales and recruiting) and taught them the staffing
industry and IT.

•In addition to managing the staff I maintained a client base.
•Successes: In first year put 27 people on billing. Within two years we had a run
rate of nearly $4 million.
