Human Resources Manager.

R.A.S. Logistics. May 2018 – November 2019.

Promoted to the HR Manager role after 6 months of working with R.A.S. Primarily responsible for the following:

- Managed recruitment and staffing for all 18 distribution centers across 10 states, including the corporate customer service center. Temporary staffing contract negotiations. Ensured labor costs were maintained within established budgets.

- Coached management on employee relations issues, and performance management.

R.A.S. Logistics. October 2017 – May 2018.

Main point of contact for the HR Department of the R.A.S. business division, Home Delivery Express (HDE). Managed the day-to-day operations and assisted in developing the HR Department of HDE.

- Managed recruitment and staffing, by working closely with location managers.
