Construction of New terminal (Midfield Terminal) for Abu Dhabi International Airport/ STEP-CEP Program of Abu Dhabi International Airport to enhance the capacity of existing Airport. Overall cost of the project is around AED 10.5 billion.
Key responsibilities involved are:
Executing project as per commercial terms & condition, Client interaction on strategic and critical issues, administration of Contract, manage claims, providing advisory assistance on all aspects of contractual matters. Monitor Subcontracting and administering the Sub Contracts, guide team in formulating and sustaining claims with necessary records and backups, tracking and controlling construction cost against the project budget to avoid cost over runs, project over costs, regular meetings/negotiations with Clients regarding claims, variations and other important contract conditions.

The post contract quantity surveying activities such as handling of measurement related matters, preparation and administration of interim valuations.
Valuation of variations, variation of price, assessment of claims, project cost control exercise, cash flow forecast and preparation of monthly progress report as well as preparation of new unit rates.
