Quality Management:

o Preparation of Material Inspection Request (MIR) and getting approval from consultant o Follow-up with Manufacturer/Supplier for Material Submittal / Method Statement / ITP and support QA/QC Engineers for onward submission to consultant

Risk Management:

o To perform risk analysis as required for the good performance of the works.

Communication Management:

o Communicates with clarity, verbally and in one on one or group situations, or over the telephone to Manufacturers / Suppliers / Consultants / Stakeholders.

Design Management:

o Coordinate with design department for shop drawing preparation, issue and approval and ensure timely availability of approved drawing. Provide inputs to design department for “As Built Drawing” based on changes made to drawing in consultation with execution team o Checking anomalies between drawings & specifications & scope of works o Raising RFI/TQ to Consultants/Designer & pass information to Engineering section, subcontractors, QS Dept & site execution team, time to time

Integrating Management:

o Coordinate with Design, QA/QC, Procurement, Manufacturer, Sub-contractor for shop drawing preparation and get approval from authorities

Procurement Management:

o Ensure that all procurements are finalize in timely and quality manner, comply with project spec/QCS o Monitoring of fast moving materials and ensure procurement action is taken in a timely manner o Work closely with Material planning and Engg departments to understand material needs, provide suggestions wherever possible

o Reconcile all materials on project completion to include return to stock, material scrapping, waste disposal, and close out of internal transfers

Manufacturer / Supplier Management:

o Understand the cost and value of the entire supply chain o Discuss/Explain the scope of works and share the critical information as much as possible o Plan for everyday exceptions and major contingencies

Statutory Compliance:

o Updating of Local Authority Permits/NOC's & Ensure compliance by all works as per applicable laws and regulations

Stack Holder Management:
