Roles & Responsibilities:-
I.FACILITY MAINTENANCE:
Placing Purchase order, Issue Invoice, handle credit debit note.
Supervises periodic maintenance, servicing and inspection of equipment including central air conditioning, centrifugal and absorption chillers, heating and ventilation systems, plumbing fixtures, sewage systems, electrical fixtures and circuitry, pumps, motors, elevators, related instruments and controls, etc. of the entire Village.
Handling Account Receivable/ Account payable / Bank reconciliation / Cash flow.
Establishes corrective and emergency maintenance procedures.
Monitors contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
Assists with maintaining compound security and immediately responds to building emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
Knowledge in accounting software and payroll preparation.
Research and recommend new sources for facility Management.
Assist the department in project management, cost optimization and implementing business expansion plans.
Prepares and manages the yearly budget for the section. Discusses the budget with supervisor, recommends and justifies any variances.
