Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities consisted of developing maintenance programs for Boilers, Ovens, Wax machines, saws, Mills and Lathes. Maintained oversight on gathering manuals and organization of a maintenance program for foundry. Troubleshoot oven electrical problems, replaced, and ordered parts as necessary to maintain production. Replaced shafts, bearings, diaphragms, and mechanical part as needed. Put in place Fire and Safety programs with Flammable cabinets and increased lighting for failed lighting systems. Performed Supply 480 from panel for resources up stream. Maintain HVAC equipment. All machines were maintained with no computer management system. Tracking was implemented.

Replaced parts, changed belts, and constructed resources for supply such as pneumatic manifolds, gas piping, plastic piping, electrical, replacement of impellers for vacuum systems, and counters. Worked on Allen Bradley system with parts washer. Utilized water treatment equipment such as burn off equipment, and filtering. Created ventilation systems for workforce building and employed theory of thermodynamics to engineer.
