Through the continuous collection of knowledge and over 25 years of practical application, I have provided strategy and leadership to learning and development projects and a variety of organizations in the manufacturing, educational, accounting and finance and retail environments. Utilizing the latest theories and technologies which serve to create a better client and user experience in the marketplace, I have created foundations of agile learning design for teams creating change within their organizations. Also built out training programs for wide-scale software platform changes, process-building, leadership and management mentoring programs and assessment and evaluation metrics which have served to increase productivity and engage multi-levels of organizations. Fully experienced in working with and leading multi-national teams, working in various time zones in development and testing processes and have a background in French and German, as well as English, all languages utilized in various projects.

Created and implemented Toyota/ Lexus dealership training program which saved millions of dollars in wasted sales and F&I personnel time while positively impacting the customer experience in decreasing the time required in applying, financing, and driving a vehicle off the lot.
Created coaching program for national manufactured home community company in order to onboard and retain community and regional managers-improved communications and relationship with home office
Created professional training manuals for dealership service operations via Raytheon/General Motors partnership through detailed breakdown of new Cadillac and Chevrolet model vehicles
Utilizing COBIT-5, created training program for regional bank software development team in rolling out courses under strict timeline.
Developed over 800 course modules in reading, mathematics and science for client working within Great Britain education department to alleviate problems of students falling behind in subject matter understanding
In partnership with another design agency, worked with Deloitte Contracts Division in Washington, D.C. to review existing onboarding training and create, utilizing Articulate Rise, a new format of training with scenario practical assessments. This was designed to save time of onboarding, work seamlessly when employees were transferred out of general onboarding and is now utilized internationally when Deloitte hires new teams in Contracts.
Partnered with RGP, working in change management projects for both Ally Bank and McDonalds, both major software platform rollouts. Not only designed frameworks and courses in the designated areas of accounting and finance for both organizations but training existing manager and staff in coaching methods to utilize with employees after initial training completed.
Flagstar Bank: Senior Trainer and Instructional Designer, 2011-2013
Assembled technical writing team and training/course design team to collaborate with vendors while introducing new mortgage and default servicing software platform to bank. Worked specifically in building out process and procedure manuals in Investor Reporting and Accounting departments while assisting in build of patches to allow movement of data from one system to another.
