Human Resources Manager

Staffing, Recruiting, and Hiring: Managed full cycle staffing, recruiting, and hiring process for personnel which also included onboarding. Worked closely with temporary staffing firms to define expectations and monitored relations between temporary staff and internal staff. Assessed the talent needs within the company and developed succession plans for our future workforce. Responsible for monitoring and managing site AAP and outreach strategy and reporting.
